Full-Priced Items: Eligible for an exchange or online store credit within 14 days of the order date.

Sale/Promo Items: Final sale (not eligible for return or exchange).
Conditions for Return:

Items must be unused, with all tags attached and in their original packaging (e.g., shoe box).

Proof of purchase must be included.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for returns and exchanges, unless the item is faulty. (If exchanging, we will invoice you for the new shipping cost before sending the item).
